Official Members League Information & Policies
How to Register
To register for the Members League, please sign up using the same email address connected to your membership:
https://syosset-membersleague.padeland.us/
Make sure to click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner when creating your account.
Once you have registered, you will receive a verification email to confirm your email address. After verifying your account, you'll be able to log in and sign up for matches.
Once Logged In
- Set your availability for the next sessions
- View the league standings and rankings
- See the match schedule, which will automatically be generated and published 24 hours before each session
Important Policies — Fair Play & Commitment
The Members League is built on commitment, respect, and fair play. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members, the following policies apply to every match:
1. Attendance Policy
Registering for a Members League session means committing to play. If a player cannot attend a scheduled match, they are responsible for finding a suitable replacement.
Failure to show up or secure a replacement will be considered a no-show.
- No-show: 2-week suspension from the Members League.
- Three no-shows: 3-month suspension from the Members League.
2. Weekly Points Cap
To maintain competitive balance, players can earn a maximum of 12 ranking points per week toward the Members League ranking.
3. Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your match. Being punctual is a sign of respect for your fellow members and helps the league run smoothly.
About the Members League
The Members League is an exclusive benefit included in your Padel& Syosset membership. Members can play league matches free of charge during designated Members League time slots. All matches count toward an internal individual ranking, independent of Playtomic ratings or skill level. The league is fully managed internally by the club.
Who Can Play
Participation is open to active members with Members League access. The league is individual-based and not organized by level or external rating systems.
Schedule
Matches are offered on specific days and times throughout the week. Availability depends on the number of registered players and court capacity. Spots for each session are limited.
How the League Works & Points
Matches are organized internally by the Members League system.
Players earn 2 points per set won.
Each match consists of three sets:
- First two sets to six games
- Third set is a tie-break to seven points
The Draw & Registration
Matchups are created based on current rankings.
Registration is completed via the Members League Platform. First come, first served. Waiting list if full.
Fair Play
Respect, communication, and sportsmanship are essential. The club reserves the right to make final decisions regarding scheduling, pairings, and rule interpretation.
